More edgelands photographs

My degree project continues. These are some more emerging content for my edit on being just outside or in-between AONBs

The fly-tipping is an interesting one in that I was on the team that introduced Landfill Tax. My role as Business Analyst on that project saw beyond the revenue take and green aspirations at the time with a prediction of the increase in fly-tipping. Just the other side of this hedge lies the start of an AONB footpath.

Just up the hill and to the right we have land bordering the AONB. This image typifies for me the quite evident impact humankind has on the way the landscape looks. The beet has been harvested. All that remains are the leftover greens that may have sheep let on to feed as a winter fodder and in the distance the local church surrounded by ancient woodland and no doubt paid for by ancestral farmers.
