Today was a good day. I spent the morning updating the web engines for TTG and then sauntered into UCS for a fund raising meeting with Mel Belton and others followed by a tutorial then a question and answer session with Maggi Hambling CBE – most definately not OBE as reported in the Telegraph.

She was introduced by David Baldry and then a short film of her SNAP installation from 2013 was followed by an set of questions raised by Fine Art students that Maggi had not had prior warning of. The session was forthright and honest and at the end I managed to give her a small portrait I shot of her at the East Contemporary Art launch back in September 2013. She graciously accepted my request to submit her for Taylor Wessing 2014.

Looking forward to it. Now how big can I go?
